He is survived by: his wife Katherine Kingsley Knear of Elizabeth, IN; his children, Michael Knear (Jon) of Nashville, TN, Brent Knear of Elizabeth, IN, Bradley Knear (Heather) of Laconia, IN and Kathy Simpson (Dean) of Elizabeth, IN; his grandchildren, Chad, Amber, Cody Simpson, Andrew, Alexis and Austin Knear; and his great grandchildren, Suzanne, Craig, Cole, Cayson Simpson, Addison, Hagan Stepro, Madison, Landon and Kinsley Knear.
