She was predeceased by: her parents, George Alva Heishman and Martha Jane Boley Heishman; and her daughter Jolonda Kaye Thomas. She is survived by: her husband John Ewell Chitwood, Jr.; her children, Casey Ray Boss (Jane) of Sierra Vista, Arizona and Janet Sue Luther (David Wayne Bolen) of Corydon; her stepchildren, Noah Ewell Chitwood (Lori) of Louisville, Kentucky and Lori Rule Chitwood of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Timothy Boss, Logan Boss, Allison Page, Abbie Jones, Misty Boone, Kaye Boone and Nikki Boone. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and 4 step grandchildren.
