He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hays Cunningham and Elsie Pearl Lang Cunningham; and his sister Goldie Mae Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Troncin Cunningham of Corydon; his daughter Kathy Jo Schaffer of New Albany; his siblings, Allen Cunningham of Sudlersville and Betty Mathes (Larry) of Corydon; his granddaughters, Laurel Schaffer (Tom Marr) of Louisville and Olivia Schaffer (Jacob Kincheloe) of Palmyra; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn and Kennedy Marr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
