He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cotner and Rozella Cotner; and his siblings, Savilla Bliss, Raymond E Cotner Jr., Nyle Cotner, Martina Sonner and Samuel Cotner.
He is survived by: his brother Ted Cotner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
