He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Biddle Winn (Riggs); his children, Trent Winn (Dawn) of Seymour, Indiana and Trish Bliss (Eric) of New Salisbury; his grandchildren, Lacy Tucker (Brad), Brittney Saltz (Shannon), Sierra Bliss (J. D. Kirby), Andre Winn, Kylie Winn and Bryson Winn; and his great grandchildren, Easton Tucker, Audrey Tucker and Nolan Saltz.
