He is survived by: his wife E. Sharon Wolfe Chumley; his son Richard Chumley (Michelle); his brothers, Harold, Kerry (Anita) and Dennis Chumley (Linda); his grandsons, Caleb and Gabriel Chumley; his great grandchildren, Kyla Tyler, Jonah and Luka Chumley; and his brother-in-law Dumont Wolfe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
