He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Hutter II and Sadie Johnson Hutter; his wife Constance Hutter; his stepson Jeremiah Hooten; and his brother William "Bill" Hutter.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Hutter (Marissa Clopton) of New York; his sisters, Holly Diaz (Felipe) of North Caroline and Cheryl Hutter of Florida; his nieces, Christin, Ashley and Serena; and his nephew Jair.
