She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wellman and Ora Wellman; her husband Randall Peterson; her siblings, Betty Hinton, Audrey Woody and Knoefel Wellman; and her daughter Deanna Carney.
She is survived by: her children, Emmett Peterson (Lynn), Randall Peterson and Donna Peterson; her son-in-law John Carney; her grandchildren, Suzanne Lynch, Rebecca Gonima (Jorge), Bonnie Hess (Kyle), Chris Carney, Matthew Carney, Katie Peterson, Sarah Peterson and Tammy Peterson; and her sisters, Carolyn Engleman and Mittie Redden. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home (318 E Chestnut St, Corydon, IN 47112). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
