She was predeceased by: her brother Gilbert Cannon. She is survived by: her husband John Albert Cunningham; and her children, John Albert Cunningham, Jr. of Cincinnati, Jeff Cunningham (Lesa) of New Salisbury, Indiana and Penny Clinard (Mike) of Louisville, Kentucky. She is also survived by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
