She is survived by: her mother Virginia Daily Willcutt (Joseph) of Corydon; her husband Billy Ray Riggs, Sr.; her daughters, Stephanie R. Jacobs of Corydon and Katie Lynn Riggs (Jason Fillmore) of Corydon; her grandchildren, Alaxis Jacobs, Shane Jacobs and MaKayla Riggs; and her sisters, Cathy Saltsgaver of Central and Darla Decker (Joey) of Corydon.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home (201 N Oak St, Corydon, IN 47112). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
