He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Workman (Phil), Leisa Meyer (Donald) and Denise Baker (Dennis); his grandchildren, Jason Meyer, Amber Meyer Jacobi and Keith Workman; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Curry, Makenzie and Emma Jacobi.
