He is survived by: his wife Juanita "Jeanie" Bussabarger Smith; his sons, Alan Keith Smith (Laura) of Corydon and Jerry Wayne Smith (Karen) of Corydon; his grandchildren, Larry Crockett (Stacy), Sara Lopp (Randy), Nicolas Smith (Landi) and Trevor Smith (Elaina); his great grandchildren, Sean, Tucker, Hayes, Kyler, Corbin and Lochlan; and his siblings, Walter Smith (Carolyn) of Corydon, Judy Ponsford (Mike) of Salem and Paula Denbo (Richard) of Corydon.
