She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Parks and Sudie Summers Parks; her granddaughter Taurcea Jackson; her husband Norman Cox; and her siblings, Bertie, Ben, Hurshal, Mary Eliece, Anna Marie, Oscar, Jr., Amos, Lucille, Denzil and Vivian Paulice.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey W. Cox of Corydon, IN and Vanessa K. Cox Jackson (Timothy) of Jackson, TN.; her grandchildren, Valerie Marie Best, Warren Keith Cox, Zandrea K. Diggs and Zackary Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Logan Best, Dylan Best, Aubrey M. Best, Adler Cox, Jaxson Cox, Mavrick Cox, Ruby J. Diggs, Rory Diggs, Olive Diggs and Liam Jackson.
