We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2023, at the age of 76, Lee Ruffner (Corydon, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Alexander and Mary Alexander; her husband Ronald David Ruffner; and her grandson Anthony Sparrow. She is survived by: her children, Tina Garcia of Corydon, Indiana, Heather Danielle Ruffner of Corydon, Indiana and Kristian Jack Kastner of California; her sister Mary Kite (Kenneth) of Cypress, Texas; and her grandchildren, Elisa Lucas, Richard Garcia, Priscilla Slanina, Steve Hampson and Daniel Kastner. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
