He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick H. Smith and Mary H. Smith of Boonville, IN.. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Denese Smith (Jacobs) of Corydon, IN; his children, Caleb Andrew Smith (Brooke) of Corydon and Krystal Mikala Smith of Royal Oak, MI; his grandchildren, Thunder and Reign Smith; and his siblings, Janet Overton (Dale) of Boonville, David Smith (Cindy) of Indianapolis and Michael Smith (Mary) of Lanesville, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
