He is survived by: his children, John A. Cunningham, Jr. of Cincinnati, Jeffrey A. Cunningham (Lesa) of New Salisbury, Indiana and Penny M. Clinard (Mike) of Louisville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Floyd Cunningham (Dinah) of English, Fred Cunningham (Betty) of Florida, James Cunningham (Pat) of Florida and Dorothy Lemmon of New Albany. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
