She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hez and Dorothy Helen Hines Allen; her husband William "Bill" Conrad; and her brother Richard "Pat" Allen. She is survived by: her children, Rick Conrad (Kathy), Dawn Matlock (Charles) and Elizabeth Nicholas (John); and her siblings, Donnie Allen, Janie and Jill Allen. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and her great grandchildren.
