He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Frederick and Fern Elizabeth Windish Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Frances F. Frederick of McDaniels, KY; his children, Jeffrey Frederick (Lydia), Douglas Frederick (Susan) and Kimberly Gunther (John); his siblings, Michael "Mick" Frederick and Elizabeth "Libby" Burson; his sister-in-law Carol Miller Effland (Steve) of Corydon, IN; his grandchildren, Christopher Gunther (Whitney), Justin Frederick (Moriah), Courtney Hardsaw (Josh Stepro), Sarah Wheeler (Todd), Jessica Frederick and Douglas Frederick; and his great grandchildren, Carter Hardsaw, Myles Kinney, Spencer Wheeler, Houston Gunther, Owen and Onyx Stepro.
The family suggests memorial gifts be made to either the Corydon Presbyterian Church, 568 W. Hwy 62, Corydon, Indiana 47112 or to the Parkinson's Foundation.
