We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2023, at the age of 83, Janice M. Bays of Corydon, Indiana, born in Georgetown, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward C. Vaughn and Laverne G. Stark Vaughn; her husband John Bays, Sr.; and her siblings, James E. Vaughn and Judith Ann Mattingly.

She is survived by: her sons, John Bays, Jr. of St. Louis, Jay P. Bays of Ramsey, IN and Jaime L. Bays of Georgetown, IN; and her siblings, Jeffrey Vaughn of Fredericksburg, IN, Jean Vaughn of Lafayette, IN and JoAnn Jeffries of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial donations be made to Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, 375 Kings Hwy. N, Ste. B, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034, https://engage.mymsaa.org.
