He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Archibald Skaggs of Corydon, Indiana; his daughters, Jeanne Skaggs of Corydon, Peggy McAleese (Tommy) of Alton, Cindy Jones (Ryan) of Elizabeth, Indiana and Denise Terry (Jason) of Elizabeth, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kell (Jon), Kaitlyn Heintz (Jaden), Lacy, Alyssa, Clinton, Rylee, Parker, Craig and Zach; his great grandchildren, Makiela, Owen, Oliver, Landyn, Aryanna and Christopher; and his siblings, Jerry Skaggs (Brenda), Fred Skaggs (Donna), Paul Skaggs (Dee), Alice McDaniel and Norma "Susie" Waynescott (Dallas). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
