He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ogilvy Decker and Bernice Daniel Decker Morgan; his stepfather Bob Morgan; and his niece Kim Provost. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his brother Joe Decker; his sister-in-law Darla; his nephew Alan; his stepbrothers, Freddy and Byron Morgan; his niece Misty Wheatley (Jeremie); his siblings-in-law, Bruce, Donna Hadley, Denise Spratt, Brenda, Herbie Neal and Jay Miller; his nieces and nephews, Lance, Dean, Darain, Derrick, Amber, Amanda, Lana, Eli, Kristina and Jayson; his great-niece Kaylee; and his great-nephew Jacob Wheatley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
