He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Wright Windell; his daughter Tracey Fried; his parents, Claude Windell and Honor "Toots" Frederick Windell; his brother Paul Windell; and his son-in-law Lynn Quiggins.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Quiqqins; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hawkins (Tim Stewart), Andrew Fried (Elizabeth Matlock), Ashley Pardue (John) and Allison Fried; and his great grandchildren, Danielle Kincaid (Cameron Wheeler), James Fried, Anna Fried, Kennedy Pardue, Harrison Pardue and Trayce Alumbaugh.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Corydon Masonic Lodge.
