He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Heinz Smith; his children, Bobby Smith of Corydon, Bo Stout of Indianapolis, Will Smith of Palmyra, Richard Smith of Georgetown, Indiana, Angela Singleton of Corydon, Marcy Pittman of Corydon and Bridgett Lane of Tarpon Springs, Florida; his grandchildren, Josh, Kayla, Brandy, Paulinna, Kimberli, Tanya, Taylor, Hunter, Stone, A. J., Ora, Paege and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Colt, Justin and Owen; and his siblings, Stanley Smith of Corydon and Wanda Leffler of Corydon.
