She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Schneider and Bertha Blank Schneider; her husband Paul A. Bell; and her siblings, Paul Schneider, Pearl Williams, LaVerne Wagoner, Helen Gleitz and Ruth Foreman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial donations be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Lanesville.
