He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Banks and Letha Banks; his sister Phyllis Barkley; his wife Carolyn Lee (Edwards); his children, Steve Banks (Dawn), Tanya Ballinger, Mark Banks (Sandra) and Scott Banks (Karen); his grandchildren, Candice Reynolds (Brian), Sarah Lisher (Brett), Carrie Wolfe (Travis), Samantha Gleitz (Anson), Christopher Ballinger (Jessica), Austin Ballinger, Katherine Banks and Zachary Banks; his great grandchildren, Brady, Brice Reynolds, Christopher (Ruddy), Ethan, Ryleigh, Rebecca, Natalie, Gabriel Lisher, Titus, Stella Wolfe, Conor Gleitz and Logan Ballinger; and his sister Martha Cornwell (Marvin). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, a private family service will be conducted with a Celebration of Life to follow at a later date.
