He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Schulte and Anna Schulte (Meyer); his wife Dolores Helen Schulte; his daughter Valarie Ann Schulte; and his siblings, Gertrude Schulte, Bernard Schulte, Joyce Elliott and Joseph Schulte.
He is survived by: his children, Denise G. Kifer, Frances Lasley, Patricia Mersmann (Jim) and Jean Wolfe (Samuel II). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and many extended family.
The family requests that contributions in George's memory be made to St Joseph Catholic School in Corydon, IN.
