He is survived by: his children, Candice Lewis (Steve) of Corydon and Steve Miller of Depauw, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kaylee Lewis, Mason Miller (Sidney), Garrett Miller, Bailey Miller and Stephanie Lewis; his great grandchildren, McKenzie Daily and Marshall Miller; his siblings, James of Corydon, Marvin Miller of Corydon, Rita Snyder of Corydon and Deanna Heinlein of Corydon; and his close friends, Mark and Missy Priddy of Corydon.
