He is survived by: his girlfriend Amy McKnight; his children, Brock Hayden of Indianapolis, IN and Brooke Hayden of Sellersburg, IN; his stepsons, Branden Epperson (Kayla) of Chicago, IL, Micah, Drew Lewis of Abilene, TX and Ross Lewis of Hopkinsville, KY; his father James Lancy Hayden of Corydon, IN; his brother Gregory T. Hayden (Leann McKnight) of Corydon, IN; his grandson Jace Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Spencer, Ezra Hayden and Reghan Wiles.
