She is survived by: her husband Clarence Smallwood; her former husband Jack Louis Hall; her daughters, Brenda Reed (Gerald), Cynthia Hall Henry Spurgeon (David) and Karen Scrivner Jolly (Rod); her grandchildren, Brandon Hall (Misty), Chelsie Foreman (Corey), Courtnie Carver (Jacob) and Spencer Scrivner (Randi); her great grandchildren, Remington Foreman, Sophia, Alivia, Lincoln Carver, Diego Hall and Sequoia Scrivner; and her brother Autry Lewis (Priscilla).
