He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Martin Bye; and his children, Gary Bye of Corydon, Vergil Bye of Corydon, Keven Bye of Frankfort, Kentucky and Frances LeClere of Summitville, Indiana. He is also survived by four grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous siblings.
