He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Marshall; and his parents, Mary Louise and Herman Marshall. He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Viers (Darryl), Charlestown, Vickie Miller (Phil), Mauckport, Angie Marshall, Shawn Land and Clarksville; and his brothers, Steve Burgin, LaGrange, Robert Burgin, Paul Burgin, Crestwood and Randy Burgin.
