He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Phillips; his children, Jeff Phillips of Greenville, IN, Lisa Phillips of Corydon, IN and Karen Phillips of Nicholasville, KY; his siblings, Allen Phillips of Shelbyville, KY, Brenda Jamison (Don) of Mount Eden, KY and Betty Bailey (Dean) of Frankfort, KY; his daughters-in-law, Rena Phillips of Lanesville, IN and Brenda Mayfield of New Albany; his grandchildren, John Phillips (Jessica), Rob Phillips, Jessica Campbell (Carson) and Katie Acton (Kenton); and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Karolynn, Preston, Annabell, Izzy, Oaklee and Ezery. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
