It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Decker of Corydon, Indiana, born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, who passed away on February 25, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ray and Zola Mae Hester Rasdall; her husbands, Sidney H. Decker and Vernon E. Skaggs; and her brothers, Henry Clay Rasdall and Robert Jewell Rasdall.

She is survived by: her sons, Donnie E. Skaggs (Theresa) of Jeffersonville and Michael W. Skaggs (Paula) of Mauckport, Indiana; her granddaughter Jasmine Skaggs; her great grandchildren, Zalijah Skaggs and Rainelle Coffman; her sister-in-law Betty Rasdall of Bowling Green; and her nieces, Beverly Dunning of Bowling Green and Zola Mae Walker (Jeff) of Campbellsville, Kentucky.
