She was predeceased by: her father Carlton Carlyle "Kelly"; and her siblings, Warren Gilbert "Sonny" Hardin, William Gaylord Hardin, Norma Jean Haller and Carol Anne Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne J. Buchinsky; her children, Steven W. Buchinsky (Jessica) of Louisville, Kentucky, Connie F. Faith (Matt) of English, Jacque Buchinsky (Corie) of Jeffersonville and Kelly F. Moore of New Albany, Indiana; and her brother Roger K. Hardin of English. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
