Shelton; his children, Chris, Jake Hill, Alex Thomas and Candace Odette; and his siblings, Ray Spencer, George S. Hill, Scott J. Hill, Trina Carter, Shannon Gore, Tammy Hill Smith and Gretchen Hill VanMeter. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
