He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hurst and June Elizabeth Montgomery Hurst; and his grandson Michael Chambers. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle McKinney of Louisville; and his siblings, Timothy Hurst of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Terry Story of Louisville and Vicki Price (Logan) of Louisville.
