He is survived by: his father David Bolen Sr.; his wife Melanie Bolen of Corydon, Indiana; his children, Walker Bolen (Ciara) of New Albany, Nevin Bolen of Palmyra, Indiana, Bella Bolen of Hardinsburg and Mackenzie Allen of Corydon, Indiana; his siblings, Carl Edwards (Linda) of Palmyra, Vernon Carroll of Marengo, Indiana, Kelly Dillard (Bill) of Vallonia, Constance Richard (Gary) of Laconia and Karen Edwards; his close friend Marvin Feller; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by 1 granddaughter on the way; 17 nieces and nephews.
