He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lewis Mayfield and Mildred Schoen Mayfield. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Jane Bennett, Mary Louise Mayfield and Lyle Keith Mayfield; his nephew Kenny Bennett (Arnelda); and his niece Katie Bennett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gehlbach and Royse Funeral Home (318 E Chestnut St, Corydon, IN 47112). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
