With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Edwin Lawton (Corydon, Indiana), born in New Castle, Kentucky, who passed away on September 21, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, W. A. Lawton and Ethel Frances Crawford Lawton; and his siblings, Harold M Lawton, Earl Lawton, Herbert W. Lawton, Robert Lawton, Howard Lawton, Elizabeth Kumm, Mildred Popejoy, Caroline Lawton and Dorothy Getchell.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi Browning Lawton of Corydon; his daughters, Wendy Kay Norris (James) of Corydon and Anna Maria Dean (Larry) of New Albany; his grandchildren, Kristian Naugle of Corydon, Rachel Timberlake (Jason) of Corydon, Trey Dean of New Albany and Sommer Dean of New Albany; his great grandchildren, Ozzy and Isis; and his siblings, Dean Lawton of Corydon and Laura Louise Kaufherr of Three Oaks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 Mask are required in the building and a limit of 60 people in the building at a time.
