He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Beaven and Bessie Hockman; and his siblings, Juanita Benson, Ruby Beaven and Wayne Beaven.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Timberlake Beaven; his sons, Charles A. Beaven Sr. and Christopher Lee Beaven; his grandson Charles "C. J."; and his siblings, Edith Pierson (Gary) and James Beaven (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
