She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ray Ballard; her parents, Fred Sieboldt and Opal Sieboldt (Bour); her daughter LaVonda Ballard; and her brother Ronald Sieboldt.
She is survived by: her children, Roselyn Smith (Jim), David Ballard (Brenda), John Ballard (Pam), Teresa Agee (Ray) and Sallie Carter (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Shirley Sieboldt. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 3 great, great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 masks are required, social distancing with 60 people allowed in the building at one time, and only pre-packaged, catered food for the family allowed.
The family suggest memorial donations be made to Bethesda Cemetery Fund.
