He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Davis and Daisy Thevenot Davis; his daughter Cynthia Rosbottom; and his siblings, Jesse, Leanna Batman (Wayne), Jewell Gaither (James), Elwood Fleshman and Isabella Buehl (Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Edith Curts Davis; his son-in-law Joseph Rosbottom of Corydon; his sister Violet Fleshman of Corydon; his sister-in-law Susannah Davis of New Salisbury, Indiana; and also Allen Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Old Capitol Church Memorial Fund.
