She was predeceased by: her parents, Radius Garland and Nellie Richards Garland; her husband Wayne Cunningham, Jr.; her sons, Ronnie Wayne, Randall Ray and Michael Todd Cunningham; and her sister Rose Duggins.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lee Cunningham (Nancy) of Friendswood, Texas, Sandra Sue Mann of Corydon and Marcia Ann Smith of Louisville, Kentucky; and her brother Donald Garland of Elizabeth, Indiana. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
