He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Cesar (Chad); his sister Lorraine Mullins (Phillip); his grandchildren, Courtney Smith (Justin), Savanah Davison Cesar (Edwin Windell), Shelby Rhodes (Dylan) and Sophia Cesar; and his great grandchildren, Skyla, Larken, Linken, Ledger, Lux, Lainey, Henry and Wesley.
