She is survived by: her children, Edward, Charles Clark (Sandra) of Floyds Knobs, IN, Joseph Clark of Corydon, IN and Mary Spies (Jack) of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
