Mathis of Dubois, Indiana, Cheryl Lynn Culbertson (Gary) of Dubois and Lois F. Mathis of Huntingburg; and her sister Sonya Elaine Hawkins (Ted) of Richmond, Indiana. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
