She was predeceased by: her father Richard Chism; and her brother Robert Chism. She is survived by: her children, Danny Stults (Wanita) of Corydon, Terry Stults of Phoenix City, Alabama and Cristy Stults of Corydon; her siblings, John Chism of English, Mike Chism, James Chism, Willie Chism of Elizabeth, Indiana, Joyce of Corydon, Rose of Corydon and Jane Chism of Corydon; her grandchildren, Jessika Pruitt and Lane Stults; and her nephew Mathew Chism.
