He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rudolph and Blanche Rudolph (Libka); his daughter Belinda Stout; his siblings, Alan, Earl, Norris, Verna Emerson, Georgia Eveslage and Eula Rudolph; and his granddaughter Angelica Spicer.
He is survived by: his wife Vicie Henson Rudolph; his children, Tracie Shireman (Gary), Tonya Edwards (Mark), Kennith Rudolph (Mary), Kim Spicer, Donna Jarboe (Johnny), Sandi Rudolph, Jessica Stout and Piper Stout; and his siblings, Melvin Rudolph (Betty), Virginia Haub, Darlene Lang (Larry), Francis Stinnett and Carol Smith. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
