He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Baker and N. Josephine Long Baker; his wife Patty J. Baker; and his daughter Paula Baker. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Rippy, LeeAnn Riggs (Rocky) and Kent Baker (Janet); his grandchildren, Lisa Collins, Eric Harris (Britney), Craig Harris (Cheri), Nicole Brown (Jordan), Christa Porto (Phil), Kayla Vansickle (Austin), Meeghan Riggs-Pirtle (Jake) and Issac Baker; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Ray, Nicolas Brown, Colin, Caleb, Chloe, Catie Harris, Kelli Riggs, Jackson, June, Hadley Vansickle, Jonah Porto and Miles Porto. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters in law.
Due to the Covid Pandemic, a private family service will be held.
