McCullough; her daughters, Lana Hendrix (Lloyd) of Cory and Karla Smith (Tim) of Terre Haute; her grandchildren, Landon Wellman (Kari) of Lafayette, Carson Hendrix (Melinda) of Lafayette, Brooklyn Nelson (David) of Johnson City, TN and Sophia Smith of Terre Haute; her great grandchildren, Blaire Wellman of Lafayette and Grady Wellman of Lafayette; her niece Suzanne Fell of Cory; her brother Marvin Bettenbrock (Nina) of Cory; and her nephews, Vern Bettenbrock (Pam) of Cory and Von Bettenbrock (Kim) of Cory.
